Returns & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Customized projection necklaces (including personalized photo/text/designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, as they are made-to-order specifically for you.
• Non-customized (standard) necklaces are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
• Customized orders (photo/text engraving, custom design requests) cannot be canceled or refunded after production confirmation.
• Items damaged due to improper wear, exposure to water/chemicals, or accidental damage are not eligible for return/refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Return Process
• Contact our customer service at feifeidxh@outlook.com within the eligible period to request a return authorization (RA) number.
• Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
• Ship the item to the address provided in the RA confirmation, using a trackable shipping method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
4. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect engraving, broken chain from production).
5. Exchanges
• Exchanges are only available for non-customized items, for size/color variations, subject to stock availability.
• Custom orders cannot be exchanged, but we will re-produce the item at no extra cost if there is a production error (e.g., wrong photo/text).
