Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping & Tracking


  • We provide standard international shipping with a tracking number.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes


The product price and shipping fee  include import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

All additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by the customs of the destination country.

5. Delivery Issues


If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number. We will help track and resolve the issue within 24–48 hours.
