Product Scope: These Terms apply to all projection necklaces, projection pendants and related pendant products (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) purchased from this store. Product Function: The Products are necklace pendants capable of projecting customized patterns/texts. The pattern content is provided by you or selected from the store’s material library, and then etched inside the Product after processing. Service Content: Including product customization, production, packaging, delivery and after-sales support services.

Custom Content: You shall provide clear and legal projection patterns/texts, which shall not contain pornographic, violent, infringing, politically sensitive or other content that violates laws, regulations and public order and good morals. The store reserves the right to refuse the production of non-compliant content and to cancel the order. Order Confirmation: After submitting an order, you will receive a notice for custom content confirmation. No modifications to patterns, texts, sizes or delivery information shall be allowed once production commences; please double-check all details carefully. Production Cycle: The production cycle for customized Products is 2–5 working days (excluding holidays and logistics time). You will be notified in advance in case of special circumstances.

Price Explanation: Product prices include customization and processing fees and basic packaging fees, but exclude shipping costs, customs duties and other third-party fees. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via designated online payment methods provided by the store. Orders take effect and enter the production process upon completion of payment. Taxes: Value-added tax, customs duties and other taxes for cross-border orders shall be borne by the recipient. The store will assist in providing customs clearance documents (such as HS codes and commercial invoices).

Shipping Time: Products will be shipped within 1–2 working days upon completion of production. Specific logistics timelines shall be subject to the official announcements of courier companies. Logistics Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after shipment; you may check the logistics status via the official website of the corresponding courier company. Risk Transfer: After the Products are delivered to the courier company, risks of loss or damage during transportation shall be borne by the courier company. The store will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.

Special Nature of Customized Products: Due to the personalized customization of the Products, returns or exchanges without reason are not supported unless there is a quality issue. Handling of Quality Issues: If obvious quality defects are found (such as blurry projection, breakage, incorrect engraving, etc.) within 72 hours after receipt, please contact customer service with clear photos/videos. Upon verification of genuine quality issues, the store will provide free replacement, repair or refund services, with round-trip shipping costs borne by the store.

Handling of Non-Quality Issues: Requests for returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with the style, inappropriate size, discrepancy between projection effect and expectations, etc.) will not be accepted. Warranty Service: The Products come with a 30-day free warranty service from the date of receipt (for non-man-made damage). Paid repair services will apply to man-made damage (such as dropping, water damage, self-disassembly, etc.).

Intellectual Property Rights: You warrant that the custom content provided does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. You shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. Privacy Protection: The store will strictly protect your personal information and custom content, which will only be used for order processing and product production, and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Projection effects may be affected by lighting conditions, viewing angles, battery power and other factors, which do not constitute product quality defects. The store shall not be liable for breach of contract due to order delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, logistics strikes, etc.), but will endeavor to assist in resolving such issues. The store reserves the final right to interpret these Terms. The store reserves the right to update these Terms according to business development. Any updated version will be posted on the store page, and continued use shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court where the store is located.
